Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional peak potential. Together, the coach and coachee practice and build the skills and behaviors required to reach their goals.

Virtual vs Phone Coaching Sessions

Coaching Session over the phone has some distinct advantages

  • without the focus on a screen, your mind and body can be more expansive, allowing more full-body wisdom to arise
  • phone sessions are efficient and convenient to schedule
  • provides a sense of comfort
  • allows us to move freely - you can even go on a walk!
  • you can lay down and relax
  • eliminates distraction -> audio helps to tune in by tuning out distractions
  • promotes active listening
  • may be particularly important if you are exploring sensitive topics
  • less self consciousness may help to be more honest and open
